Our labor-only carpet cleaning service is designed for customers who rent and provide their own carpet cleaning machine. We carefully operate the customer-supplied equipment to help remove embedded dirt, everyday buildup, odors, and visible spots from compatible residential carpet.
Important: Customer-Supplied Machine
This is a labor-only carpet cleaning service. The customer is responsible for renting and providing the carpet cleaning machine before the scheduled appointment.
- Machine rental is not included in the service price.
- The machine must be clean, working, and available before our arrival.
- The customer is responsible for pickup and return within the rental period.
Carpet Cleaning Labor Service
We provide the hands-on labor needed to operate the customer-provided machine and complete the approved carpeted areas carefully and efficiently.
Pre-Inspection
Basic review of the carpeted rooms, visible spots, access, and overall condition before cleaning begins.
Machine Operation
Labor to operate the customer-supplied carpet cleaning machine in the approved rooms or areas.
Final Inspection
Careful extraction of excess water and a final review of the cleaned carpeted areas.

Cleaning Products
The customer is responsible for providing the cleaning solution recommended for the rented machine unless otherwise stated in the written estimate. Special stain, odor, or pet treatment must be discussed before the appointment and may require an additional charge.
Separate Service
Carpet cleaning does not include general house cleaning. If you would like both carpet cleaning and house cleaning during the same appointment, both services must be requested in advance and quoted separately.
Customer Preparation
Preparing the space before the appointment helps us work more safely and efficiently.
Please Prepare the Carpeted Areas
- Remove toys, clothing, shoes, cords, plants, and personal belongings.
- Vacuum thoroughly unless vacuuming is included in the written estimate.
- Move small and fragile furniture.
- Secure pets and keep children away from the work area.
- Provide working electricity, hot water, and access to a sink.

For Better Drying
- Keep children and pets away from damp areas.
- Use fans, air conditioning, or ventilation when possible.
- Avoid placing furniture directly on damp carpet.
- Walk on the carpet only when necessary and with clean footwear.
- Do not oversaturate the carpet.

The final price may change if the property condition or requested work differs from the information originally provided.
